Men if a girl still loves you and asked you to hang out once more after you had gone out last week would you go out with her again if she asked you??? or would you want her to wait until YOU asked her??

What do you mean by "a girl still loves you" or "hang out once more" or "after you had gone out last week"?
Do you mean that the two of them had broken up, and had gone out last week, but because the girl isn't over him she asks for another date? The first part of your question conveys this.
However, the latter part of your question comes across as whether it was okay or not for a girl to ask a man out after only a week, or would he prefer that he did the asking?
If it was the first case, then I would prefer that she didn't ask me out.
If you meant the other case, that may depend on cultural practices and influences. Certainly, it would be flattering. But I would prefer something indirect. It would definitely be cuter, and cute gets to me!

I would be flattered if she asked. I don't see how that could not be the start of a very very nice relationship, where you are equals and there is no "Boss"

If i realy like the girl, i would go it doesnt matter who asked who. another date was going to happen any ways.
