Be glad you broke up with this guy. He could have already been involved in a threesome and you might not ever know unless you had some physical signs that you were infected.

Did you have sex with him before? After breaking up I am sure that he would have gone through a withdraw from sex. It probably gives him great pleasure. He was probably watching a ton of porn and now he want to get back with you at any cost. I would let him, but I am a guy.
