My friend Jessica has dreams, but they are horribly ones. She usually wakes up crying, or kicking, or screaming. Her dreams are about herself and the guy she likes.

I want to have dreams. I haven't had a dream in about three weeks. I like this guy, (actually it's my bestfriend's twin brother), Justin, and I want to have a dream with him in it. Anything. But I never have any dreams. The last dream I had was that Justin was going to ask me to wear his football jersey, which happened four weeks ago.

Why haven't I had any more dreams?

It seems that not only are you bothered by not having memorable dreams, but you're wishing to have a particular dream as well. If people could actually control their dreams then we will have conquered virtual reality.
I suspect you're dreaming, but not remembering them. Or you may be putting pressure on yourself to have a particular dream, and this is thwarting your efforts to simply let go and dream as dream you will.
Also, not having a memorable dream in the past 3 weeks isn't very long. There are people that don't recall having dreamt for years. I'll bet if you let go and ease up on pressuring yourself to dream, you'll probably be successful in having a relaxing, dream-filled sleep.

good luck

You are dreaming! Believe it or not studies have shown that you have 4-5 dreams a night but can only remember 0-1 of the dreams that you have.

Hope I helped!

You have dreams, you just don't remember them very often. You might remember more dreams if you keep a notebook and pen by the bed, and train yourself to write your dreams down as soon as you wake up from them. After awhile, the note book sitting by the bed will become a signal to your subconcious that you will remember your dreams more often.....considering that you are dictating that your dreams must have your crush in them, you are also probably discarding any dreams you have that aren't relevant to what you want to dream about. You don't need to be asleep in order to indulge in fantasies about your crush, and by telling your self that any dream that doesn't star you and Justin isn't worth remembering, you are losing alot of material that you could be putting to good use.....

Chances are that you are having dreams, you just aren't remembering them. Try waking up slowly and not letting anything else enter you mind before you can grab a piece of your dream and remember it.

Everybody dreams at night, but perhaps in the morning you forget about your dream and you think that you had no dream
