You are correct that the Bible has it's roots from other more ancient older religions. But what separates the Bible from the other older religions is much like a tree trunk that is separated in appearance by it's roots.
The Bible has a religious and historical overtone that connects it from the beginning of mankind's history even to the naming of the first parents on the earth and covers 4,000 years of human history until Jesus Christ. Even the gospels in the New Testament give credence to Adam's existence as evidence to that truth.
The evidence is found in the older religions you sited. But also in the Jewish and Christian religions as well. Even the Muslim religion do not deny the authenticity of the ancient Jewish texts.
The other ancient religions you cited do not make this historical or religious connection..
There are many museums around the world that hold Biblical artifacts mentioned in the Bible.
Man is the only creature we know that has the capacity for faith and belief in any form of Deity. That is a historical fact that undeniable.

The Bible, Torah and The Dead Sea Scrolls are the only books that contain the God Yahweh's advanced scientific instructions based on His knowledge of the germ theory which did not exist in the minds of man 3500 years ago. So modern science is about to force mankind to reinterpret and retranslate the Bible, Torah and The Dead Sea Scrolls back into the advanced science books the God Yahweh originally wrote them as. The same cannot be said for the Quran or any other religion's religious books. Science will prove them all to be false religions following false gods. I'm ready to hear any scientific proof that your god exists because I have much more scientific proof written on the pages of the Bible that my God Yahweh exists.

If someone was just making up a religion just to inspire the masses, then why did they put in so much unpopular stuff?
Win many men over by telling them that Jesus said that simply looking at another woman with the intent to lust is the same as cheating?
Win many monotheistic Jews over by telling them that their one God is really three, and that he became a man? What Jew would write this stuff?
Win many hero-worshiping macho Greeks or Romans over by having the hero of the book defeated by getting himself executed by his enemies as a traitor?
And I cannot imagine that the concept of eternal Hell was ever popular.
And why do all of the Gospels say that the first person or persons to arrive at the empty tomb of Jesus were WOMEN? What macho first century man would write about silly women being brave, and the men being cowards? You can tell that this is not going to be a very popular story in ancient Greece, Israel, or Rome already.
And so on.
Comparing ancient religions is like an ink blot test; you see or don't see similarities based on what you want to see, or don't want to see. Your subjective opinion that it has "been PROVEN time and again to be nothing more than copy from more ancient, older religions" is nothing more than subjective opinion of skeptics. You can find rebuttals to all of this alleged "proof" with just a few minutes with Google.
One of the main proofs of the resurrection of Jesus is the eyewitness testimony of people who saw Jesus die and risen again. Consider also the character of the disciples. They were eleven cowardly men who shut themselves in a room after the crucifixion because they were afraid. Yet what galvanized them into action so that within their own lifetime, much of the then known world could hear the message of Christ? Some of them paid for this message with their lives. Would they have done so if the resurrection were a hoax?
Frank Morrison, a British lawyer of the 1930s, undertook an expedition to collect circumstantial evidence to disprove the resurrection. Such evidence, of course, is admissible in all courts of law in civilized countries to prove or disprove events of which there are no living eyewitnesses. When he analyzed the evidence, he reached a stunning conclusion: The resurrection had actually taken place! Morrison presented his case in his book, “Who Moved the Stone?”
But more to the point, most Christians are mystics that have had a spiritual encounter that convinced them that Jesus was real. You cannot argue with that type of subjective experience if you never had it yourself.

A man cannot make even a smallest fly. Forget about even knowing everything in the universe. Imagine evrerything could not be formed so systematically by itself. Logically there must be some entity much bigger than the whole universe which controls everything. That is God. All religious books like Taurah, Zaboor & Injeel(Bible) in ORIGINAL FORM & Qur-aan have teachings sufficiet to convice the existance of God. Qur-aan is remaining in original form from the beginning till now b coz of existance of over 1,00,000 huffaaz( who memorize the book in mind & can recite without keeping its printed text, the quality the books of God earlier were not having & hence got destroyed in originality & authenticity). Best Translation of Qur-aan is available by searching : 'Kanzul Iman' on internet. Qur-aan is more than sufficient.

Maybe no one has bothered to answer because it really is another one of the attempts to use the lack of logic to explain your non-belief. Let's face it...even YOU use your imagination to back your non-belief. So, since all your ranting here is to justify your beliefs...and I have no need to explain your use of imagination.
Yes, we can only "imagine" since we have not seen God, but, no, the only "inspiration" in the Bible IS NOT deletions, insertions and other forms of editing. Sorry you wasted your imagination trying to suggest that.

When I wonder about Heaven, I use my imagination. When I study on end times prohphecy, I use it there, when I look at the Bible from a historical context, some imagination is called for. When I write a testimony, my imagination is a great asset.
When I pray.........no
When God directs me..........no
When I worship..........no
All of those are done in faith, no imagination required.
As per your limited answers, take a look at the timing, around the nation, many Christians are preparing for either an evening service or their family dinner. In my time zone, it posted at approximately 5pm, it was three hours later when I saw it.

IMAGINATION! NO! BUT BY FAITH YES! I can imagine the world in Peace; but, I can live in Peace with Faith in the Lord Jesus Christ My Savior.
"Jehovah now said to Moses: "Come up to me in the mountain and stay there, as I want to give you the stone tablets and the law and commandment that I must write in order to teach them." Exodus 24:12
God wrote the law of the commandment (10) for Moses. So, the scriptures started with God Himself, and through the spirit of God and witnesses the holy scriptures where written by memory verbatim. Many scriptures and many languages the Holy Bible recomposed and re-translation to layman terms has never lost its main Foundation of translation after 2000 years. Just in that, is, a Miracle and evidence of God existence that through the blood of Jesus Christ that lived among the flesh.
(1Corinthians 1:19-21 "For it is written; "I will make the wisdom of the wise [men] perish, and the intelligence of the intellectual [men] I will shove aside." Where is the wise man? Where the scribe? Where the debater of this system of things? Did not God make the wisdom of the world foolish? For since, in the wisdom of God, the world through its wisdom did not get to know God, God saw good through the foolishness of what is preached to save those believing.)
God Bless! AMEN! SHALOM!

It's funny how all of you "believers" can never ever seem to answer a question. All you can do is defend your position, and call the person who asked it an idiot . That is a classical way to get out of an argument you know you cannot win. Stop putting up the defenses and open your minds, stop living in fear and start living your life. I was once a Christian, but I realized that I was being brainwashed by some sort of cult mentality, I'm not telling you to change your faith, but at least open your mind and make your own decision on what you believe.

I do not use my imagination to maintain my faith in God. The Bible has not been proven false in even 1 letter. Yes it takes faith to believe but once you have that faith you see the proof of God everywhere. I don't have to imagine God exists. I have felt His power. I have seen Him working in my life. He is real and one day you will know it too. One day you will bow down and confess Jesus Christ is Lord.
Phillipians 2:10 That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth;
Phi 2:11 And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

I don't, i think that seeing miracles and having prophecy's over my life is enough that i don't need to rely on my imagination.
People like you are so imaginative, i think that 80% of the religions of today, have copied the bible. Not the other way round. Where is this proof you speak of, if you are so confident, e-mail these proofs so i may see for myself
