Your dog my be sensitve to the hormonal changes realted to your pregnancy. I assume that he has been eating something for the past few weeks. As long as he is drinking water and the bathroom habits are still the same, I wouldn't be too concerned. Whenever you bring in new things to prepare for your baby, offer him a healthy snack as he may also be stressed by changes to his enrionment.
If you are truly concerned, call your vet to be ensure that there is nothing more serious going on. You should try to eliminate as much stress as possible during this trimester of your pregnancy.

definite you and your toddler must be ok. Your toddler does not relatively get something different than the nutrition from what you consume. Maybe you're concentrating too much on your pregnancy and the dog is jealous and hurt. Take doggy to the doctor to make sure everything is ok; it might be environmental, in which case YOU have to shape up to keep doggy happy and healthy. Your baby can take care of itself for now.

3 weeks of not eating and acting abnormal and you haven't called the vet?!?! What you should do is call your vet to find out what's going on. Something is definitely wrong.
