What does this mean?

It means his account has been suspended. I don't know why Yahoo calls it suspension. That implies that it's temporary, but it's permanent.
Edit: Even when someone blocks you, you can still see their profile page. You just won't be able to see their questions and answers. The "Oops!...." message only comes up when you try to view the profile page of someone who's been suspended.

hes no longer that into you. hes enjoying the area. hes asking what you choose from him so as that he's conscious of a thank you to play the activity. study between the lines female. hes no longer the single involved the main. and actual he does no longer choose a courting... however i choose some actual habit to furnish you a greater precise anser. lol so dont take my observe for it.
