I can help!
Does she like jewlery? Get her a cute charm braclet or a necklace with a heart! You can get her a teddybear and flowers, write her a romantic love note. You can take her out to a nice dinner. A scrapbook filled with pictures of you two together. Maybe a gift certificate to her favorite store! A cute purse or a sugary perfume! Some chocolates or body lotion. Make her a birthday cake by hand! It will be so sweet she wont care if you mess up!
All good ideas! Dont have to be one!

WOW! I love your spirit. I wish you'd have provided a little more information about her, or how long you've been together, or something that might help us. Have you taken an array of photos throughout your relationship? If so, you could make a collage of these photos and dates and perhaps some comments (the balloon comments you can write on from the card shops) and get a nice frame for it. OR, you could buy her a nice set of books she might like (or CD/DVD Collection). FLowers are always nice - but try something different. Have a basket of some goodies -delivered to her office with flowers and/or balloons. Prepare dinner for her - go way out with the table cloth, etc. Or do a picnic (if the weather where you are permits). Jewelry is always a girls best friend - a nice pendant with your picture inside and hers. Or if you really have some money - purchase a star in her name. Write her a poem. Sing her a song. I have plenty more - but I think you have enough to get started....good luck and best wishes to you. I am so encouraged that here is a guy who really thinks his lady is amazing......

You are a lovely boyfriend :)
One of the nicest gifts I ever got was a gold bangle which my husband engraved on the inside. Any type of jewellery would be sentimental and very appreciated! A gold bracelet, a necklace with a small charm or something like that.
If your budget isn't that big then you give her a photo of the two of you in a nice frame, a book that has meaning to you which you have written in or just take her out to a romantic dinner and give her a single red rose.
I think she knows how much she means to you - just the fact that you remembered the anniversary will be special!

Jewelery is always an option, although that would depends on whether or not you've given her that before, and your price range.
Try remembering what she really likes. What is she passionate about? A lot of the time, a sweet, well-thought-out gift is much better than a diamond necklace. For example, I had a boyfriend who knew I loved a certain animal, so he gave me a plushie of it for Christmas. I thought it was the sweetest gift ever. =)

The best gift is a handwritten letter from your heart telling her how you feel. My ex-boyfriend was a beautiful writer and wrote me many letters in calligraphy. Those letters still mean a lot to me, even if they don't to him anymore.
Maybe let her choose a beautiful bracelet or earrings.

Depends on how you have been with her, like is it a one month type thing or years? Maybe a nice necklace or a watch? Roses are always good.
