Heat oven to 350 F. Place apples in a casserole dish. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Trim fat from pork. Spray a skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium heat 1-2 minutes. It may be a little late for tonight's dinner, but my FAVORITE way to make pork chops is sooo easy and delicious.

Peel, core and slice your favorite baking apple (Macs, galas, granny smith, etc). Put them into a greased casserole dish and toss with a bit of flour (about a tbsp), some brown sugar and a pinch of cinnamon.

Bread your pork chops. I like to use corn flake crumbs and season them, but you can use bread crumbs or Shake-n-Bake too. Place your chops on top of the apples and bake uncovered for about 40 minutes (or as long as the Shake-n-Bake pkg says).

The chops come out nice and moist and flavourful and you have all the yummy apple stuff to spoon on top. YUM! =)

If you are looking for something simple, season pork chops with salt pepper and garlic. ( Both sides of course). Place in baking dish, cover with french dressing, cover and bake at 350 degrees til juices run clear out of pork chops. Delish!!!!!!!

I cook a lot of our meat in the oven. I feel it is healthier. Experiment with different bread crumbs. Dip, roll and place on foil covered pan (and you don't even have to wash it). Bake until tender.
