start working out with your mouth open. that way all the sweat will pool in your mouth and you can just swallow it. which also means you dont need to drink as much water. man, that's handy.

that is purely genetics and nothing you can do about it. don't worry about things that you have no control over, focus on the things that you do have 100% control over.
