Thank you for asking. It was very nice, and service today was held outside, overlooking the beautiful lake as the seagulls rested gently on the waves, and flew gracefully overhead. A hospital Chaplain sang sacred hymns and played the guitar. All were dressed to relax, and to enjoy the spirit of the Lord and of the day.

The Chaplain even sang a song which brought tears to my eye, about a man dressed in rags who was turned away from God's church. The song was about how no man should be turned from the Father, and the Son, and how fancy wardrobe and new suits do not impress The Lord.

I didn't get to go to church service today but I was at a church all weekend for training as an advisor for our church youth group. Had a four hour drive home this morining and missed service.

Oh, that was absolutely wonderful.

Service was wonderful. I am so blessed with having such a wonderful church. We are a small church, and everyone is truly family. Our Pastor is wonderfully gifted, and our kids ministry is divine. Our daughter loves it.

Had a meeting after service for a new ladies ministry that is yet another blessing. I will leading a ministry to make blankets, chemo caps, lapghans, etc., in reaching out to the community in the Lord's love. So exciting, had a great turn out.

Raining her now. Going to go spend my personal time with God in devotion and prayer, and listen to the rain.

In His Love,
Sue

Tiring. It was the 40th anniversary of our church this weekend so we had an anniversary service. We have been in revival this week as well. Then today we had service twice and a dinner at church. I am one tired Christian but man was it worth it.

A little hectic for my family. Some of us were sick. The ones of us who weren't sick went, but left as soon as it was over. No chatting with our parishioners this week!
