Frankly, it seems unlikely. A single, misdemeanor conviction isn't normally a visa ineligibility or cause for deportation. Several might be, depending on the circumstances. Under the law, Crimes of moral turpitude can set up these kinds of circumstances. The laws on what constitutes such crimes are pretty complex, but shoplifting is considered one. Two convictions for shoplifting could do you in, particularly if you're not a green card holder, but are here as a student or on a work visa.

If you are here legally or are a citizen, you would be allowed in, since it is an infraction. If you are not here legally, GET OUT AND STAY OUT!

Not if you are a US citizen. You'll be admitted (and If they are aware of your infraction... which is unlikely unless it was a federal offense..arrested). A US citizen can not be deported from the USA

If you are denied be thankful this country is going down fast.
Soon everyone except the neocon supporters will want out and not be able to do so. Try searching on youtube for fema camps.
Hint these camps are not for terrorist.

Boy are you a trip. You previously advertised the fact that you have lower than average LSAT scores, now you brag that you are a convicted thief. Are you also on Public Assistance?
