I never dated shorter guy. He does not need to be very tall, but must be taler then me at least a bit. I dont know why, its just the way it is.

Only people who have a great deal of self-confidence would be able to date someone shorter than themselves. I don't think it's a matter of not wanting to - but we have a tendency to care more about what our friends have to say. Sometimes, it can appear 'awkward' in some situations, but the height really should not matter if you really care about the person. We are told growing up that our 'mate' should be the right height, weight, and size. I have dated men my height and shorter, and I have been the girlfriend of a guy who was as tall as 6'7" - and yes, he was a basketball player. In each instance, the people were phenomenal individuals and we had a wonderful friendship. That was all that was important to me.

To be honest... yes i would be concerned if a girl was taller than me because i'm six feet tall. That doesn't mean i won't date her though. When it comes down to it height should never be the main issue. Good Luck

oh hell...ok if there is a guy shorter than a girl who likes her and wants to date her it always feels a little uncomfortable if they are at least 4inches taller than him.(im 5,9 but omg i had that problem when i was 5,6 i was 12)(im 13 now) but yah its a little wierd.(my gf is like 2 inches shorter than me,but shes not the one that was 5,10)

I'm pretty short, I'm only ever concerned with a girl being taller than me because I'm insecure that she wouldn't like me because I'm short.

it's very personal...some people don't mind having a taller girlfriend, some girls not mind having a short boyfriend. all depends on how you feel about it. personally I prefer a tall boyfriend.

well i've dated a guy the same height as me so when i wore hills i was taller and it did feel a little funny but i wouldn't date someone that was to short (bow wow and ciara was a no no in my book lol)

My fiance is the same height as me and so I don't wear heels b/c I don't want to make him feel uncomfortable, but he truly doesn't care. He loves when I wear heels lol :o) if you're comfortable with yourself and with that other person then it shouldn't matter how tall either of you are! I love my fiance for WHO he is and how he treats me and how we get along, now for how tall he is.

yea i would go out with a guy shorter than me!!!!! height really doesnt matter they can look past height if she really likes u!!!
