you can give your dog a bath now, but be sure she is totally dry before letting her back in with the pups. I would wait until the pups are at least 4 wks old before giving them any kind of full bath, Mom will usually do a very good job keeping them clean before this time. For their first couple baths I usually don't get their heads wet, just wash them from the neck down. If you need to clean them before this time you can do so with a warm wet washcloth with just a dab of puppy shampoo on it and then rinse off the washcloth and wipe the pup off again with plain warm washcloth, then dry pup off completely.

It is safe to give the new Mom a bath, just be sure to blow dry her on a warm setting and be sure not to let her set in water,as she could get an infection if her private part gets underwater. You should wait til pups are a week or two older unless necessary.

you can bath them now if neccesary but blow them dry and make sure they don't get chilled.
Only bath if absolutely neccesary otherwise wait until they are 4 weeks old and started on solid fod and have been wormed 2 times as pups should be wormed along with mom at 2,4,6,and 8 weeks

I would wait a bit longer and to find out for sure you should talk to a vet.

I think everytime, because they should be clean for their puppies.
