I don't want to be wanted by the FBI. So how would I pay my taxes in view of fileing them yearly?

If you're an employee, taxes are withheld from your pay automatically. When you file your return, any excess will be refunded to you. If you didn't have enough withheld, the IRS will accept checks or money orders. You can also charge them to a credit or debit card but there are fees for doing that.

Most library and post offices have forms for filing taxes for both the Federal and State. They have them starting around February each year. The forms are free and all you have to do is pick one up.

Oh, and it would not be the FBI looking for any tax due, it would be the IRS.

You have up to three years to wipe your slate clean about past missed taxes to my knowledge. I would go to a tax professional like a CPA or even HR Block and have them help you sort out this problem you are having.
