I sent a love letter to my girlfriend to ask her to Homecoming.
Is that lame or a creative idea. We have been dating for a year.

That is totally sweet! I think she'll be touched! It's not often you get thoughtful ideas of that by guys in this day and age! Have you got a brother for me with the same mentality!!!

Well its is very sweet! expecially if you guys been dating for a year so she knows it is just a lame letter boys and girls pass around. It is something different its always nice to change things up! it makes ur relationship more interesting to change things u would normally do instead of always asking face to face some thangs like a little letter is so sweet! believe me i dated my husband for 5 years then we got married and i have saved all the little things and letters he wrote me and got for me. And believe it or not he still does write little letters and i love them dearly he still asks me out on a date every once in a while in a letter or some kinda hent or clue. good luck hope she likes it and have fun

From what I've learned it's pretty lame but some girls might like that kind of stuff, depending on who you are dating...from personal experience they prefer me to ask them to their face then write a letter.

It's not the most creative thing ever, but it's not lame, she should like it

Chicks dig letters. One of the reasons I started using cursive.

Now if only I could find a girl...

Depends on how romantic it was. If it had some humor to it, it was romantic, if it was dull then it was lame. HOw bout you ask her how she felt about it. She's the only one who knows what she likes, not the yahooligans.

Never be afraid to love or to express that love. If she doesn't absolutely love that letter, she's probably not the girl for you.

I think thats sweet. If yall have been going out for a year, then she should not be weirded out or anything by it. Very romantic move!
