Yes it was a good race, and Junior not only finished 3rd, he finished a Strong 3rd! He did Great!!!!!! Now wait till next season, with the excellent equipment, he will be Awesome!

YEAH..go get 'um JR..I had a hard time here at home today since i'm in Calif and the anaheim angels were playing today the same time the raced was on We also won the american league west today also., but I spent most of the day with track pass and MRN, as I was out numbered by baseball fans...great job Dale Jr and Tony Jr some great calls on pit stops., so glad he was able to get around Mark Martin and get the third place finish......

I think that Jr. will make the chase this year, but not in the top 5. He will be too careful trying to make a big impression, but once he makes the chase he can relax a bit. Top 5 in 2009

Jr. has always been a very good driver, its just that with his "engine" problems this year he hasnt had much of a chance to show it.
All Jr. haters know he is a dang good driver, the just cant stand the fact that he had a Dad who helped him get started racing, which if they will stop to think, thats what Dads are for!!!!!

I'm not surprised, Jr. is a real good driver if he has a good car.

The race was really good and competitive. It's great Jr had a good finish, I hope the rest of his year goes this well. Next year he can start fresh with great equipment and resources and work on a championship.

Its nice to see Jr run well and get the good finish. He has run very well most of the season only to lose an engine late. Truex was fast til he got caught in Kurts wreck.
Roush had very good cars.

He had a fast car today. He did great, congratulations to Jr on his great finish. Wow, can you imagine how he will be with a HMS engine??? Watch out!!!!!

I think Junior is going to do so good in Hendrick Motorsports race cars. If he didn't have five DNF's this year it would be obvious he would've been in the chase.
