If she just took the job and wasn't assigned there by her employer, there is no deduction.

If she had a job at home and her employer assigned her this job temporarily (for less than one year), then there would be deductions possible, including her transportation, lodging, and food.

Or if she has a regular job and she got this new temporary job in her regular field for a short period of time, it could be considered a temporary assignment, and she would be able to take deductions. An example would be a teacher who has a regular job, but who takes a job for a semester at a school 200 miles away.

While I don’t envy your situation. Look at it this way; every one has to have a place to live, get to work, and eat; so these are considered personal expenses and are not deductible. There is an example similar to your in pub 463 page 4

None of it. It's her choice to work that far away, and the expenses are considered personal expenses so are not deductible.
