Each of these is a progressive sign of G-D.
There is no animation within the mountains, but G-D's work is visible through erosion, and the existence of the mountain in the first place....
The plants are more advanced than inanimate objects. They show signs of His powers of creation by being able to grow, to sprout life that include the fruits of the blossoms, the growing, falling and re-growing of leaves...This is a step ahead of the inanimate minerals, and a sign of the beauty of His work.
The next advancement in the work of the L-RD is the ability to move--not merely to grow, but to actually be able to somehow transport one's self (while rocks, minerals and plants may be forced to move by the acts of weather, they can not move by themselves). The ability for all species of animals to be able to move is a greater sign of the powers of the L-RD.
No species, however, has the ability to make rational decisions, to choose based on thoughts not instincts, as mankind does.
We each have the ability to think, as the most incredible, advanced species of this planet...

It sounds like pantheism to me.
Pantheism teaches that there is no one personal Diety who created and controls the universe, but rather the impersonal universe and everything in it. The trees are god, the birds are god, the deer are god, etc. (Actually, to be more precise, god is IN the trees and the birds and the deer, etc.)
Now, that does NOT mean that pantheists worship the trees or the birds or deer.
Beyond this, I can't say any more with any certainty.

Believer,
Why worry your head about what an ancient Indic (Hindu) language has to say?
Concern yourself with the things of the Lord. It will be much more profitible to you.
This is my interpretation and it may be all wet but you can take it for what it's worth.
God sleeps in the minerals .... minerals are neither animal nor vegetable having no life in themselves. In the Bible "sleep" means death often.
Awakens in the plants .... plants have life but are unable to move about on their own.
Walks in the animals .... animals have legs and are able to get around on their own.
Thinks in you .... God made man in His own image. We are the culmination of God's creation. We have souls unlike the minerals, plants and animals. We can think with reasoning and choose to be His child or walk in our own foolishness.
God gives us free will or volition to choose what is right from wrong through the conscience He gave us. When we trust the Lord Jesus Christ as our personal Savior. God gives us His Holy Spirit to indwell us and seal us for eternity. When we allow the Holy Spirit control over us, He will always choose to do the right thing. It's only when we allow our flesh nature to have control that we sin against God. So to say God thinks in us is utilizing the higher power of good ... the Holy Spirit to have full reign over us.
I think it's a progressive revelation ... we are dead in and of ourselves without Christ, we hear the gospel message and are awakened, as we learn from God's Word we learn to walk with Him, and finally we begin to think like Him from years of steady intake of His Word and allowing the Holy Spirit full control.
If you don't know the Lord Jesus Christ as your Savior, and would like to ... keep reading on.
First we have to deal with some bad news.
Romans 3:23 says, For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.
Sinned means we miss the mark of perfection that God demands.
It gets worse ....
Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death ....
We have earned spiritual death because of our sins and eternal separation from God.
Ready for some good news?
I Corinthians 15:3, 4 For I delivered to you first of all that which I also received: that (Christ died for our sins) according to the Scriptures, 4 and that He was buried, and that He rose again on the third day according to the Scriptures.
Jesus paid the penalty for your sin and mine and everybodys that has ever lived or will live.
Romans 5:8 But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for you.
More good news!
Ephesians 2:8, 9 For by grace (God's unmerited favor-you didn't earn it) you have been saved (delivered from sin's penalty) through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast.
All you have to do is admit to God you are a sinner and BELIEVE that Jesus Christ died for you and rose again and you will receive the free gift of salvation.
It's one thing to have head knowledge ... that won't get you to heaven but when you truly trust in the finished work of Christ at Calvary as the ONLY way to heaven ... then God will you give the most precious gift of all ... eternal life with Him.

Nothing much, personally, but I'd say the person who made that up appreciated the unity of Nature and the Sacredness of Life.
