Generally yes -- the deportation order may be stayed (paused) in some situations to allow the person to tie up loose ends, or pending appeal -- and if the person is currently imprisoned they are deported only after they are released.

But other than that, once a deportation order is given, the person is usually held in custody until final resolution.

If you hid out till arrested & deported than don't expect to be let back in>>Call the court system and ask there should of been a date on the paper work>>

Gee, I hope so but I would guess that you would have a specified amount of time to get your affairs in order and leave. Maybe 90 days?
