when dealing with god ..you have to be strict

If you mean adamant by saying strict, then I will take it. Maybe the reason is that we are following the commands of God in the Qur'an and then shaping our lives and behaviours with the behaviours of the Prophet Muhammad(peace be upon him). And he was very adamant on his beliefs. He never changed his beliefs in any condition. He never stepped back and sold his beliefs for anything. Hmmm, I'm sure this must be the reason! Our role model is the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and we won't change our minds (those who are true followers of the religion) no matter what.

On the contrary, Islam is a religion of fit not a religion of strict. Look at old bible and the new one both are far strict than Islam.

I would not say strict, I think a better question is "why do Muslims believe so strongly in their faith? It's because we are truly striving to be one with God...as all Believers in the One God should. It is not a hardship, but it does require sacrifrice especially in this world when man's laws are contrary to God's laws.

If by Strict you mean Follow them Completely (or at least try to) then it's because they TRULY believe in them. And that's how it should be in my opinion, you either accept your Faith/Religion/Beleifs as the Complete truth or reject it, but it doesn't really make much sense to say that you accept it as the Truth but you don't follow it.

You are partially right. We are asked to be desciplined but sometimes their is a tendency of extremism but hopefully things will change for the better since more research on Islam has started rather then listening to some uneducated imam.

if all religions was the way of Islam there would be peace on earth, it would be a safe world to live in Muslims respect family and life
if all religions was the same it would be safe to go out in this world, and have no fear
