If it is an oval green capsule, uncoated, unscored and without a pattern, with PO imprint, then it is an antiflatulent (gas medicine) which generic name is "Semithicone".

If u found it and dont know what it is ---throw it away! Dont eat it. Got any Cumin seeds? try a spoonful for or better against overproduction of gas.
