Put his favourite News Paper or Magazine on the table. Get some blue or withe flowers to decorate the table.
Toast, Jam, Tea or Coffee, Juice. You could buy his favourite Muffin or banana bread. Some choice of cereal.
Make an egg recipe:
Pesto Scrambled Eggs
5 large eggs
1/2 cup grated Jack cheese
1 tomato - diced
2 Tablespoons Parmesan cheese
1 Tablespoon pesto
Italian seasoning to taste
In a small sauce pan, saute the tomatoes. set aside.
Crack eggs into a medium bowl and beat until blended.
Heat pan to medium and spray with a little lite cooking oil.
Add eggs to pan - stirring to scramble as you do. When eggs are almost done, stir in the cheese and pesto. Cook until creamy.
Serve with sauteed tomato and top with Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese.
Delicious. Doesn't have to be Jack and Parmesan cheese. Cheddar and sharper cheeses work too. Enjoy!
It is great and healthy and if you add the touch of the flowers and a nice towel to the table and cloth napkin, he will love.

You should rent him a video you know he likes and make a footlong sandwich using a loaf of french bread, various deli meats like pastrami, ham, turkey, various cheese like american, pepper jack and swiss and lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, Spicy Mustard and mayo, sliced thin bell peppers and put about eight tooth picks in it and slice it where each slice has a toothpick. Then either put an olive or a small banana pepper on each slice using the toothpick and serve with some good chips and some nice pickles and a soda or beer, depending on what your dad drinks.
Then he can relax and just veg out in front of the boob tube and eat. All daddy's need that sometimes. Give him the gift of free time to do nothing.
And for dessert, make cookies or cake and leave it for him while you go out and wash his car or clean the yard.
It will be his bestest bestest birthday ever ever ever.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://bitly.im/aNGG9
The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

This is a noble gesture;-} but just don't burn yourself!
Perfect Scrambled Eggs:
Break 3 large eggs, into a large bowl, & beat thoroughly.
Melt several tbsps of butter in fry-pan over medium heat.
When butter smokes, add a shot of club soda to egg mix.
Pour into pan, before butter burns, stir while cooking.
Country Ham & Red-Eye Gravy:
Cook ham-steak in large skillet until tender - 15 minutes.
Remove & add 1 cup water, boil & scrape up bits & juices.
After several minutes, add 2 tablespoons of black coffee.
Simmer then serve over ham & home fried potatoes.

If he likes pancakes, pick up the new Pillsbury microwave pancakes that you will find in the freezer section at the supermarket. Follow directions on the container (don't forget to pick up the syrup). Click this link:

For lunch:
Johnsonville Brats
Put them in a bowl of cold water, pop them into the microwave for two minutes, make hotdogs out of them. We like to put Bush's sweet Bavarian Sauerkraut on them after we put them into a bun. Delicious!
