Glucose is good for learning and memory
What foods boost performance on difficult learning tasks and tests? Some swear by protein-rich eggs and sausage, but according to recent brain research, potatoes, bread and other low-fat carbohydrates are a better bet.
The key ingredient is glucose, which boosts people's cognitive performance, according to psychologists Paul Gold, PhD, and Donna Korol, PhD, of Binghamton University, and Carol Manning, PhD, of the University of Virginia. In research described in a 1998 article in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition (Vol. 67, p. 764S771S), they found that it particularly improves people's adeptness at tasks involving memory and attention.

Fruit has a very positive effect on the brains just like carrots. So if you want to stimulate your brain functions, you have to eat a lot of fresh fruit and carrots (raw).
Fruit is the ultimate brain fuel!
You can actually improve your test results simply by changing your eating habits between waking up and doing the exam. The big trick is to consume fruit effectively. Have only fruit but as much as you want before you do your test and avoid the brain blocking foods white flour, refined white sugar, meat and dairy.

They say that ginko is good for your memory. My memory is real bad. Ive also heard that fish is good. I suppose anything could help. Be sure to eat right and get the daily requirement of vitamins to ballance out all that you need for the day. I know that some of the medications that I am on are not good for memory. Sorry my answer kinda bounced around a bit.

Apparently, fish is very good for memory. I believe that fruit will have no effect on the way you think.
Don't go overboard and think that ALL you have to do for a good memory is eat. Play mind games and do other things to make you think.

If i deliberatley do something to remind me to do something. So like, if I need petrol in the car, I put the tissue on the dashboard before I get out to go to work, so then when I get back in I move the tissues and am like... ooh yeah i need petrol,
Stuff like that. A physical reminder. otherwise I'd forget everything.

You should eat tuna. Tuna stimulates a chemical in the brain, which makes you remember things. Also you could eat trail mix, it stimulates the brain as well. Also pepermints help you remember things, thats why on a major test for school I always hava a big bag of pepermints with me! Hope this is helpful.

Being physically healthier in general should help you remember things, but most important is repetition! Repetition is the root of remembering all insignificant things.

Pain and /or pleasure. Some memories, (I think) are selective. If there is a food product that claims to enhance memory, how do you suppose they concluded that?If a study was a complete failure, who would know?
