Zen is the son of Jewish diamond merchants who lives in a penthouse in Johannesburg. Following countless intimate trysts with random street people, he has had numerous HIV tests which so far, have luckily come back negative. Unfortunately, the tests are of his own invention and involve spitting onto a picture of lucille ball. Basically, if the picture catches fire, he claims that means he is infected. So far, the picture has not caught fire, however he has been suffering from pneumonia for nearly a year now...

Zen is a form of Buddhism that developed in Japan. It is as distinct from other forms, like Tibetan Buddhism, as say, Catholicism is from the Baptist religion.
