...evidence of disintegrated, or fragmented personhood in most people? Which is to say, we need a section labeled "Religion and Spirituality" because we view our faith as a partition of our lives, instead of being fully integrated into our person.

I see what you're saying, but I don't agree. Food and shelter are fundamental needs of all humanity, but we don't just mix all questions pertaining to this aspect of life in with everything else. Creating a category into which to put a set of questions and answers isn't a sign of relegating the subject into obscurity. It's just a way to organize thoughts and ideas so that we can discuss and debate more easily.

It's merely a category to inhibit people from posting questions related to the care and grooming of cats or why their email doesn't work.
