Tell him he can't possibly love you, he doesn't know you and has never spent time with you. Tell him that you do not feel the same, then walk away from him.

okay, well, i was in the same boat as you not too long ago.
i was dating a guy, who happened to be a senior (almost 3 years older than me) and he was great.. but then he got obsessive.
i recently (as in like 3 weeks ago) broke up with him.. it practically killed him.
but, i think he understood that if i didn't love him back, then it couldn't work.. and he was holding onto nothing.
so basically, you need to explain to him how you really feel. explain to him kindly that there is nothing left to hold onto in your relationship.. and that you both need to move on. its unhealthy for him to obsess, and he must still think there is a little hope left, so you need to make sure he knows there isn't a hope with bringing your dating relationship back, but eventually there may be a frienship that can form... but you can't be nasty while saying it. just be kind and understanding.. it may break his heart but letting him go easily is much better than harsh.

You need to tell him that your feelings are not the same for him. Tell him you wish for him to leave you alone and then mean it. If he calls you, tell him you cannot talk. If he walks by you, do not talk to him. Hopefully, he will get the picture and move on.

Tell him that you don't feel the same for him but give him the chance to be friend with you if he wants. If you are friends you'll know him better and you'll decide later if you really don't want him.

tell him that THERE'S a huge difference between loving someone and been obsessed.tell him that maybe he wants someone to love him cuz he feels instead of been wanting 2 love u. tell him how u feel and his freaking you out

tell him he doesn't know the meaning of love, i mean he obviously doesn't since you said kid. Tell him you are not ready for love and he should take it slow.
