95 for your 5'5" figure is actually a little underweight, but it doesn't mean you're not normal or that you have to gain weight, but I won't recommend you too lose weight either.
The first thing you have to do is eat! You have to eat regularly to maintain your heath, even if you're not hungry. And you have to eat healthy foods with limited portion, stop if it's enough even if you're still hungry. If you skip meal, your metabolism drops, you burn less calories, and it's easier for you to gain weight even if you limit your calorie intake.
So just eat healthy foods, stay away from those junk food and snacks. Limit your portion and increase your exercise routine if you don't want to gain weight. And you're only 15! It's the time to enjoy your life, not to worry about getting fat.

I'm sorry to say this, but you are on the fast track to an eating disorder. This is not normal, and according to your BMI, you are definitely underweight. If your entire family has a history of being really tiny people and you naturally aren't always hungry, that is the only reason this would be normal. And don't feel fat about what you eat. I'm 15 and weigh 105, and I really wish I was you. The only thing holding me back is my good health that I don't want to risk losing.

No. You are too thin. Stop living your life through a fashion magazine. These women are ridiculous, they are stick humans who eat unhealthy foods and have become breathing skeletons, they are not beautiful, they are pathetic.
EAT a good healthy meal. Fresh vegetables, lean white meats that are grilled, fresh fruit. Exercise. You will maintain a beautiful, healthy body and skin. If you do not feel like eating because you are simply not hungry, then don't eat, but don't give up food because you think you are fat. Don't torture yourself, there is so much to do in this world than starve yourself, find that passion and follow it. Good luck to you.

For a young man at that age and height, that's too thin. For a young woman of the same age and height, it's right on the borderline of being too thin. If you see yourself in the mirror and see fat, you're seriously at risk. It's called "anorexia" and it is not healthy. You desperately need to speak to your doctor, your school nurse, and your parents.
No matter how it looks to you, your body absolutely MUST have a modest reserve of fat in order to maintain good health. There isn't enough time or space here in this forum to explain that; ask your doctor to refer you to a certified nutritionist for a better explanation.
Please follow through on this with your doctor. You're a fine young person and you need and deserve good health - but you need help to obtain and maintain it.

You seem a little underweight. Just focus on eating 3 meals a day with a healthy snack and you should be okay.

i do no longer think of a guy such as you ought to be having a confusing time looking a gf. and you're no longer fat in any respect. you're tall and athletic, merely deliver ladies the sign which you fairly desire to pass out with them...flirt slightly, or merely be severe-high quality. adult men your age ought to ask ladies out, or you get no longer something. merely be cordial and slightly undesirable at situations and ladies will desire you. (don't be a participant)
