Come now - which President are you talking about. All of them were hated by some Americans at some time. You even hated our King George 3rd for taxing you without representation - didn't you?

Go on strike! It's what our cousins across the Channel do. Or you can do what we Brits do, which is grumble darkly and re-elect the object of the hatred twice.
Or, you could do what we Europeans have been doing fore centuries, which is stage an armed revolution. However, seeing as your President only has a few months left, I wouldn't bother.
Best option to take is the European tradition of biting satire. Take the piss out of him so much he'll just dry up into a husk. It worked for John Major.

speak for yourself -- not me. no matter what my likes or dislikes i don't hate. no matter how i feel about the president of the US - i will stand behind America. i didn't like clinton yet still sottd nehind him as the president.
