How do you translate this into Russian/Cyrillic?

Question

I want this translated to Cyrillic:
"UC Davis"

UC Davis is short for 'University of California, at Davis'.
UC is therefore an abbreviation and 'tougher' to translate.

Again:
"UC Davis"
or
"U.C. Davis"

(You may give more than one translation!)


Note: I do not want University of California at Davis translated. Just "UC Davis". Thanks!

У.К. Дейвис will be pronounced 'Oo Ka Davis'

'University' in Russian also begins with 'U' (written like 'Y') as in MGU - Moscow State University - so it shouldn't sound too weird to the Russians.

I studied Russian at UCLA and my professor used to say "Калифорниский Университет Лос-Анджелеса" (literally, the California University of Los Angeles), so I would think that UC Davis should be "К.У. Дейвиса."

I guess you could also switch it and do "Университет Калифорнии Дейвиса" (University of California of Davis) and then it would "У.К. Дейвиса."

Whichever you prefer... :)

In that case КУ Дэвис (or КУ Дэвиса), to use the more common transliteration of Davis (ten times more common, if you try a Google search).

This abbreviation however (and all of the above, including a dozen other variants) I can't find with a Google search at all.
