Just to correct one of the answers, semen is on the bleachy side because of spermine, the more spermine in the semen, the more bleach like. Without it, sperm would quickly die inside the vaginal canal (not the urethra) long before they had a chance to do what they were there for.

Maybe he just has a really big you-know which isn't a bad thing on the sex side! The trick is to tell the truth. Just say your jaw hurts if you give head for too long, and so do it in short burst intervals and in between breaks masturbate him. If it's painful, you really shouldn't do it.
As for taste --
if his penis tastes nasty (putrid) then it's because he hasn't taken a shower recently and there are dead skin cells on his dick that are literally rotten.
If you're referring to the taste of semen in your mouth, that has nothing to do with hygiene. Semen is naturally alkaline and tastes somewhat like bleach. This is actually a good thing, because otherwise the sperm cells would be killed by the acidic environment of the urethra.

You don't have to give him a Linda Lovelace special every time, just do what works for you. Make him stand up as you do it so you are in control of how much goes in your mouth. Instead of putting the whole thing in your mouth concentrate on sucking on the tip while giving him a hand-job. My girlfriend does it that way for me because she cannot fit more than just the tip in her mouth. I have no complaints.
