Some of the greatest places to find a girlfriend is the libray, or the supermarket. If u meet someone in the liabray well u might just look and see what she is reading or looking at on the internet, look for someone that has things incommon with you.
If there at the supermarket kind of peek in the cart or basket and see what they have in there , and ask something like ohh is that a better product than this one? oh ok why do u think that get them to start talking and just listen to what they have to say and go from there, make them look important and that u aare gennuinly care about what they think.

go somewhere where you can have a mutual interest. into books? obviously a book store, like barnes and nobles, that have a small place to buy something to eat while reading a book.
to approach her, just say something nice and flirty and see how she responds

School and the best way to approach her is when she is not busy or talking to her friends. oh and P.S a girl always likes to hear that you dig her and that she is pretty... trust me I know.
