I probably can only get 5, so that I can actually get some gift cards to buy Little Big Planet, MGS4 and Killzone 2 when they come out later in the year.
Im thinking about these 5:
Call of Duty 4
Army of Two
Haze
Unreal Tournament III
Rock Band or Guitar Hero III
(I know that Guitar Hero III will have online play, which im looking foward too, but Rock band lets you customize your band and I dont know if it has online or not. Also rock band is 100 dollars more)
Which would choose Rock Band or Guitar Hero III and what do you think of the other games?
PS: If you know if any of these games' release dates are delayed after christmas then let me know, so it can help narrow my choices.

i think its a good choice apart from guitar hero and unreal tournament and Ive never seen haze but assassins creed is the only game so far that has tested the next gen consoles of their ability, oblivion is good it will last ages but its similar to assassins creed. If you like sport games fifa or pro evo NFL games there are plenty.

What about The Simpsons? But if I'll choose from those you listed, I'll go with COD 4.
