I have a class with him, his phone #, and his e-mail.
I've never had this problem before, pls help.

You could try just generaly talking to him, in class or by email, might freak him out abit if you start ringing him out of no where. Try to become friends with him and drop into a conversation how you feel, but dont just blurt it out, he could run a mile.

Walk up to him and say "excuse me, but I want you to know that I like you. Just thought you should know" I find the direct approach usually works well and removes all anxiety about how the other party will react.

"i like you, youre funny"...see how he reacts to that, because this doesnt neccessarily mean i like you like you, but see his reaction and then go from there
