On a toasted english muffin, with canadian bacon and hollandaise sauce! YUM!

Either over easy in a toasted bagel with a slice of ham & cheese (any time)
OR
Smoked salmon eggs benedict : a toasted english muffin, each half spread with a thin layer of cream cheese, then add slices of smoked salmon, and steamed asparagus spears, then a soft poached egg. The whole thing topped with lemony Hollandaise sauce, and snipped fresh chives. (special occasions only!)

Sunnyside up!! or Chessy. Sometimes we get tortilla wraps and put swiss and American cheese with scramble eggs. Eggs with cheese and bits of ham with garlic salt is good too.

Fried in olive oil with a whole wheat bagel with raspberry preserves on it. Or, scrambled with cheese wrapped up in a flour tortilla and dipped in ketchup. And a big glass of milk of course. : )

over-well or scrambled lightly, I very particular about my eggs, I really prefer to cook them myself
