ok so I have heard about visualization for healing but its hard, but I recently figured I would do it right before I enter sleep because its easy to visualize then. So I visualize like a army of cells coming to my injury and healing it, like a vacum cleaner sucking away the bad cells and making new ones. Anyways ive only done it two nights but one night I really got into it with sounds and all in my mind before I eventually fell asleep. But this seems like a much more powerful and effective way to do this, right before dream state so your visualizations come alive. Anyone had any success with this? Thanks

Of course, I've imagined the same thing, except it wasn't in my imagination, it really happened. And the whole time, the "Star Wars" theme was BLARING. It actually was pretty difficult to sleep with all of that going on, but I just thought to myself, "this isn't real, stop, think of something else, this isn't happening, calm down, none of this is real..." and then I screamed and screamed, "PLEASE STOP!!! HELP ME JESUS OH GOD HELP!! THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD, I SHALL NOT WANT, HE MAKETH ME TO LIE DOWN IN GREEN PASTURES...." and it still was no use, so I eventually passed out from exhaustion and when I woke up, the army of cells were gone, no harm done. hope this helps!!!

Any type of visualization is positive, whenever you are able to do it. The reason it is probably more powerful before you go to sleep is because you are relaxed and know you are not looking at a short time limit (you will have 6 to 8 hours to process this rather than 30 minutes of meditation time).
What we think and feel, we become and we are. Visualization is a thought process, and it is energy that is fueled by your emotional process, desire to heal. In addition to any other healing methods you are using, this can only shorten the dis-ease you are experiencing, as you are directing healing energy to your illness.
I wish you continued success.

After you get it, bring it into your blessings to the world in daily life. Intent is more powerful than visualization. Mind is in need of healing and this , Jesus taught as, BE STILL and Know I AM God. Blessings Brother.

visulization to heal is good in the pre-dream state. I have done it a few times before with reasonably good success.

I have had much success with this method. I first learned of it while taking martial arts. I have successfully applied it to many areas of my life. We create our own reality is proved through this. We create our healing, our abilities and so much more.
