Probably you ISP restricts your bandwidth at peak times. Mine certainly does. I find if I download during the day, no problems. If I do it in the evening it takes as you say 10-12 hours. I normally start to download just before I go to bed and leave it running overnight. Also the more seeders there are the better. Give it a try.

Have you got Broadband or Dial up? If the latter, change it to Broadband , you will find it a lot quicker and if you download a lot of films you will most probably save money in the long run. If you already have Broadband you may have to get rid of your unused programmes and download when there are no other
programmes running. Also enquire about the speed of your connection with your service provider as they can check it out for you and make it more compatible if necessary.

The speed of downloading a movie depends on how many people are seeding it.. and also how many people are downloading it.. the best time to download a movie is like in the middle of the night and just leave your computer running... try changing your p2p program.. who do you download your movies from ???? e-mail me and i will give you the name of the seeder that i use and also the p2p program i use.....you could also make sure that you have nothing else running on your pc cause this can slow things down too..

The speed of your download depends on your own ISP and it depends on how fast the source is that you are downloading from. There are also a few other factors that will figure into this equation... such as how many other people are downloading from the site, how far away the site is and how many hops (or routers) you have to go through to get to that site.
There are some registry tweaks that will help a very little bit...
A safe place to get these from is

You can also test your bandwidth speed at many sites like:

good luck. don't get caught

you may be firewalled... this can slow down any downloads... best thing to do is if you can access your router to allow an open window to download clients. Alternavitely try using other download clients, such as bitcomet, bittorrent. Some other programs like limewire require you to share files and earn more band width the more you share, however with torrent files you don't need to do this.. you get a good spead dependant on the number of seeders.. however again make sure that your router will accept incoming from the download client you are using/choose.
