I have a daughter who was born here.
My brazilian passport and my driver's license (from here) are expired.
Can I fly to Mexico? Am I going to have any problems with the immigration in the airport, even if I'm leaving the country?

Yeah... everybody's right! I really should leave this country. People here think that the world belongs to them. Peolpe here are cold, mean. You don't know me, you don't even imagine the things I've been thru. I'm here seeking for a answer, not for a air head full os s**t that do not know anything about life telling me to go home.

You probably won't have any problem leaving the US. You might not be able to get a visa to come back, though.

If your Brazilian passport is expired how are you going to go to Mexico? they will not allow you in the country!!!.

You cannot travel without a passport, no matter where. The first thing you need to do is go to a Brazilian consulate and get a valid passport.

Also, you might need a visa to go to Mexico. Find out at the same consulate where you're going to get your passport.

I know a valid U.S. passport is required for reentry from Mexico to the U.S. I'm not sure what Mexico will require of you.

Couldn't you fly directly back to Brazil? Frankly, I wouldn't even want to try entering Mex illegally as I've heard they're quite brutal.

well you are not going to have a problem with the US immigration or customs but you will need a valid passport to fly though.

Also, I am not sure if you need to have a visa for Mexico as you are not a Mexican citizen.

I would say, check with the airline you wish to fly on for the documents required.

Other wise just cross the border on foot and fly from the Mexican side to which ever city you wish.

Yes you will have problems. Regardless of the mode
of exit, air, plane, boat or car, the latest travel restrictions
require a valid form of identification to travel to Mexico. This means a valid passport.

I would suggest contacting the local Consulate for Brazil and inquire about having your passport reinstated or reissued as soon as possible.

Good luck.

you probably can fly back to where you came from without problems. first get a new passport from brazil, you dont need a driving license. there will be no problems leaving you will get a stamp that you cant enter the country for 20 years or around that time, but since you have been here once you will be able to come in again, even if you have the stamp plenty of people go back and forth. america is nothing without illegal people

When you fly to Mexico you will not have any problems, when you comeback, they will ask you for proper documents, even if your daughter is legal.
If you are illegal, get ready to cross like the rest of Mexican do, smuggling, or get ready to go back to Brazil.

First of all you're illegal here so leave our country! It is because of you that we have so many issues. If you want to live here become legal first then move to our country. Second, you cannot fly to mexico because you are illegal and you need an american passport to fly internationally. You will have immigration problems because I'm guessing you are not entering mexico legally either? If you are so concerned about being legal you should have stayed in brazil till you were legal to move here.....DUH!!!! I hope you get caught and exported to brazil.

Go ahead ... see what happens.

Of course you aren't going to be able to get on a plane in the US and fly to Brazil without current documentation showing who you truly are!

For god's sake, go back to Brazil and find a way to get where you want to be legally.

if you are Illegal here, Get The F out, and I don't care how.

try leaving the way you came in. and take your daughter (unless she is of legal age to stay here on her own, in which case she is welcome to stay) with you.

you are a brazillian national, yes? contact your embassy. I am sure they could find a way to get you out of MY country.

Oh, and forget going to mexico. not because I CARE about where you go, but because without valid travel documents you'll spend 10 to 20 years in a mexican jail if you are caught there.

Mexico has IMPOSSIBLE immigration laws comapared to the minor inconveniences of the U.S. system.

seriously. Get in contact with your embassy, they Should help you, and then Get The F OUT!
