When you start filtering photos, you will get a lot of "I love it/I hate it" responses. I like the flower photo, the color saturation is very nice. The only thing I would have tried to do, is get more of the face of the bloom. Looking at it from the side just doesn't feel right with all of the work you did to get that effect.
Like one of the other posters mentioned, the brides dress is extremely washed out by being over exposed. If you cropped the image more, say from just above the dress to just below the flowers, I think it would have been less noticable and still kept the dramatic image of the B&W with the colorized roses.
Having said those mean things, I'd love to see more of your work.

The flower looks out of focus to me. The bride's dress is washed out, especially in the lower right.
