Yep, most definitely. Four months is when hormones kick in. Get them to the vet. Call for an appointment TOMORROW.

Yes, indeed. Cats can be fertile at four months. At the vet hospital where I work, we recently did an emergency C-section on a cat who had gotten pregnant when she was four months old. The father was her four-month-old brother -- the owners were going to have them spayed and neutered but thought they still had time to do it.

Four months is pretty early, but it's possible at that age. Usually six months is more common.
They can, and they will, if she's in heat. Brother-sister pairings have bad results with the mental stability of the kittens, inbreeding is a pretty nasty thing when you can actually see that the resulting cats are retarded.

umm yes most certainly..its actually really common for brothers and sisters to mate..sick as that sounds..and since ur female is ready u shuld get them neutered and spayed..because if shes not alrready in heat, shes close, and will get pregnant right away...if shes rolling around and being flirtatous and enjoying him, and making ugly noises..shes in heat...male cats also only creep on females and try to mate with them if its that time of the femals cycle...the male cat can smell a female who is in heat far away..and will only mate here when she is in heat, cuz they wanna breed...and its not that the female cat is horny..its she has the need to breed...instinct...so obv hes sensing something...and hes ready to mate...he will also start spraying your stuff most likely...when male cats get to a certain age, and if u dont get them nuetured fast enuf they will spray and may continute after being neutured...and getting a male cats urine smell outta fabric..can almost be impossible...

Yes. My 5 month olds were doing that last week. I took them straight to the vet to be fixed. You should do the same.

Well, of COURSE! And they are the perfect age.
Get them 'fixed' ASAP. Females can get pregnant as early as 4 months.

WHY RISK IT? Seperate them and take them BOTH to the vet and have them spayed/neutered!!! We have too many cats in this country for the available homes!
