The closest I was able to find was the Austrian eBay site. I think you would have to have enough German to be able to use the site in that language and payment/shipping can be an issue if you are bidding from the U.S. (I know because I struggle with this trying to buy books from Amazon Deutschland.)
One problem you have is that most stores that sell Tracht offer custom tailoring, and would consider selling by internet order to be very strange.
