Yes...

It's a huge brainwash...been going on for thousands of years...there's something about the ole' "Creator" theory that latches onto a person and won't let go, even in the light day, and the stone cold logic of reason and common sense...

But I believe to suddenly snatch that "wall" or rug out from under an entire planet's "fear of death" mental defense, might produce results that are worse than the problem...

So we must endure their foolishness, the way an Adult does with a stubborn pet...they ARE one of us fellow humans, after all, and we must protect them and respect the "Pink Floydish Wall" they've built up around their delicate Psyche that cannot handle "harsh reality..."

I completely agree with you. I'm a christian, and before I became a christian (last year) I constantly asked questions and debated it all.. and I STILL ask questions and debate it all. I find flaws in so many of the teachings, but then read and study the bible myself instead of listening to the church.
I can't stand christians who are all like "He's such a good preacher" or "They have it so right".. No, God himself is the ultimate "preacher" and he has it right, stop waiting for other people to tell you what to do and work it out for yourself. If you always rely on a pastor to tell you what a scripture means then you'll never really LEARN.

If everyone acted like the Christians Jesus said would should be the world would be twice as productive.

Lazy Atheists and Sunday Drivers drag us down.

Especially the drivers putting smog into the air.

I am a Christian and I don't stick my fingers in my ears. I have studied religions for over 20 years, I am always interested in hearing yours and others perspectives. That is why I am here.

If everyone acted like Christians, we'd all be dead. No organization on the planet has ever started so many wars. See: Crusades, The Holy Wars, etc.

Based on some of the Y!A Christians, we'd also be reporting and thumbs-downing each other for no reason whatsoever.

It's obvious you haven't met too many Christians. A true Christian is loving and kind. It is the Christian that is the first to help another human being when in need. Even though you have such disdain for Christians, they love you anyway. You'll find the world gets pretty lonely when there is no one to love you. Take another look, my friend, you are missing out 'big time'!

Acting like a Christian doesn't make you a Christian.
