This is not a problem, this is awesome! if you can harness your subconscious while you are dreaming, and know you are dreaming, that is referred to as lucid dreaming. you, with practice, may be able to control yourself in your dreams, which can be really fun!

When I was a child of about 10-11, I had recurring dreams that I could fly just by willing myself to lift off the ground. I didn't flap my arms or anything just soared above the landscape. I often could see people, some of my friends, below. It was a very thrilling dream experience, so thrilling I tried several times to do it while awake.

I had had a pet baby swallow whom I fed oatmeal soaked in milk and he would sit on my shoulder, fly off, fly around and return. He died from eating a small scrap of cloth while my Mother was sewing. As a child I used to think it was his spirit come back to teach me how to fly so we could be together.

Sweet dreams, good health, peace and love!

Dreaming is the mind's and subconscience's way of working out possibly troubling things in your life. Don't know why you are having the dream regularly - do you feel like you want to escape and go somewhere in your life? Some people write down their dreams and look for the symbolism in their day to day life on why they are dreaming what they are.
