I suggest you change a couple of things:
Soy de los EEUU y soy americana (no capital 'a')
Ambitious is 'ambiciosa'
Mis amigas son - my friends ARE - plural.

sounds right but if someone talked to you like that in English you might think they're weird. Unless this is for some random school assignment then thats fine. :)

no body who speaks spanish speaks like that.
but it means "my name is juanita. im a generous person and im someone that people like. im from the the usa and im an american. ...(not sure what the next word means but i think it says): im a detumaned student. my friends are catalina, alicia, and other girls".
