1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup butter
Mix these two ingredients in mixer until smooth

Add 1 1/2 cups of brown sugar and mix in

Add 2 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla, 1tsp cocoa, 2tbsp. milk

Mix thoroughly

Dry ingredients:

1 1/2 cups flour ( I use whole wheat, but some people don't like the flavor, try white first then you can experiment)

1 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 cup of whole oats

1/2 cup of peanuts

Add these ingredients to your mixture. If it's a little dry you can add just a little coffee (yes, coffee) or milk.

Drop spoonfuls on to cookie sheet that has been prepared for baking.

Bake at 375 for 12 minutes.

Before you take them off the cookie sheet press a flat fork across the top like this #. It makes them look more inviting.

I hope you like them.
