and underneath she has like small red dots on her skin. I was thinking maybe she is allergic to something, but I wouldn't know what. We feed her that Purina One - Hairball formula, if you needed to know that.

could be ringworm. if you happen to have a black light you can check it yourself. ringworm fungus glows yellowish under a black light.

A patch with specific edges, I'd guess would be the fungus 'ringworm'. There's meds for that, but have the vet take a look. Usually allergies involve hair pulling from the back and sides. I've seen reactions to vaccinations where clumps fell out, but they were strangely shaped and not circular patches. If you just had a vaccination given in the last few days, it could be the culprit though. The vet would need to be updated on this and to take a look to make sure it's not going further--they'll need to update the cat's file about it too.

I vote for a vet visit too. There a few things it could be and some may be contagious to humans and other animals.

i dont know she could be allergic to something, but maybe you should take him/her to the vet.
