Does anyone know what religion the Duggar family with 17 kids is? Do they go to church? If so what church? I looked them up and it says they are "quiverfull" which is not a religion, it is a religious belief about having as many kids as God has planned for your family. I was curious cause it seems no TV, NET, home school, girls no hair cuts and wear only dresses....hmmm?

OK...here are my initial thoughts:
I think the mother looks "glazed over" like she needs de-programming or something, but then if I had 1 kids I'd need some help too
It seems contradictory to not have a TV or internet and then have a Ineternet Page and Newsletter and use the TV and media for financial gain...
Why do the girls all have to ear dresses and not cut their hair?
What religion is this?

What amazes me is that the mother home schools all the kids. They seem so well behaved. It's unreal. I have my 4 nieces for a day and I'm ready to kill something.
Wikipedia says they "are conservative fundamentalist Christians who endorse the Quiverfull movement and the teachings of Bill Gothard." Whatever that is.

I believe they are Christian, the denomination I am not sure. It could be many different branches or they may simply a life without all the things that some people think is necessary, like Quakers. Besides with 16 siblings there is always something to do, someone to play with and not much need for tv.

They are fundamentalist Christians who don't believe in evolution or most science. They pray pretty much all day long and don't pay property taxes because they had their house declared a church. That's how they can afford to have so many kids.
