I always use historical references to name my dogs. My Aussie Cattle Dog is named Cochise(Apache Warrior) because of his tempermant and pedigree. A good name for a Terrier mix would be Attila.

Depends on its personality and the size and such..if ts a dog with a huge ego you wanna give names such as Bruno, Max..etc. If its a dainty creature then something like Sparky or Tinsley would be ok.

Bruno, Leon, Brutus, Sam, Terry. Hope these help, I usually find it's best to call out a few names and see which one he responds to. All my dogs have been named because of their character. The one we have now responded to Katie, so that was that! Hope these suggestions help. Have a nice evening.

I like to pick unusual names for my dogs. Right now I have a Zipporah (Zippor for short), Winslow (Winnie for short), and Theodore (Teddy for short). When I was a child we had a Heidi, Sheba, Charlie, Fuggles, Dixie, and Onyx.
