IT's very hard to do so. But this is where total surrender comes in. If u totally surrender urself to the Lord, then u will want to live his will. IT will just automatically happen, because ur life won't go against HIS rules, and so u'll know ur living his will.

One can easily live in Lord's will through a total surrender to it. Always remain like a guileless, innocent child and Lord shall always be your protector and guide. Become worldly wise, a smart alec, Mr.Know all and God would leave you to decide for yourself because you are a grown mature person. Choose between these two options.

simple to spell.. WWJD. WHAT WOULD JESUS DO..that's knowing about the Lord's will but you can know what is God's will and yet be not within or in his will..it's just ACTS ADORATION, CONFESSION, THANKSGIVING AND SUBMISSION..

Adore the almightiness of the Lord, his great plans.....
Confess your inability in being within His will and trying to run from him like a sheep
Thank Him for He's the good sheperd.and can keep you safe in the shelter of his will
Submit as in the Lord's prayer" thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven"

Firstly, which LORD are you talking about? There are many of them.
If you are referring to the one true God as your Lord, then submit/surrender your will and life to Him, in every aspect.

Accept Him, as your Lord and Master.

Lose your identity in His.
(Since He had given His Life for you, as a sacrifice.)

Christ gave us the answer to that, and it's simple to understand, and harder than h*ll to do. The commandments are as follows: To love the Lord your God with all your hear, with all your soul, and with all your might. The second is like the first as it says: You must love your neighbor as you love yourself.
Blessed BE

By transcending your little learned identity - with its limited belief system about self and the world that controls your thoughts, feelings and actions.

When it is gone - no longer controls you - nothing remains but the "lord" - the authentic Christ Self - your pure essential nature and purpose.
