If you were speeding, you pay the fine. Lesson for life: don't break the law. You could have killed someone. Oh, and if you ignore the summons, you are liable for more severe penalties. From tomorrow, if you refuse to name the person driving, you get 6 points instead of 3 on your licence. Hope you're not a new driver, cos otherwise you've just lost your licence.

Fill in the form or you'll commit a further offence!!! There are many ways to get out of a speeding camera fine but only if the correct proceedures haven't been followed. The most common mistake is that the Notice of intended prosecution hasn't been sent within 14 days. Research the system/law and if you cannot find a loophole or can't be bothered to research the law, take it on the chin and slow down be greatful it was a camera that flashed before your eyes and not your life or that of someone elses.

If this is the UK I believe you are royally shafted. If it is the USA you have an argument. Every accused has the constiutionally-protected right to confront his accuser. How many speed cameras do you know that can answer questions in a court of law?

Give an Australian address and plead Not Guilty. I was told by the head of the CPS (Area not given) that in a case like this, the cost of sending a summons and administration involved would make the proscecution," Not in the Public interest."
I hated that, stuck up his own rectum, pompus get.

Simple answer you can't. Some cameras take pictures of the driver. Under s172 of the road traffic act you have to legally furnish the details of the driver or face further prosecution.

just say, "That's not me" NOT.
You need to stop speeding, I am tired of those who break the law knowingly and want to get out of it all of the time. Why would anyone speed through intersections anyway? Do you realize how DANGEROUS that is? What would you do if you accidently killed someone? huh? That is something you need to consider.

IF YOU IGNORE IT YOU WILL BE PROSECUTED FOR 'FAILING TO RESPOND'. THIS CARRIES 6 PENALTY POINTS AND A FINE IN COURT. You must respond with the driver's details. Just accept it and don't do it next time. Warning to all - not responding is a more serious crimne and you WILL be traced.

Photoblocker! They say its legal, but I'm not sure. Spray it on your license plate and it makes it visible to everyone except for speeding cameras! Heres the website, try it at your own risk!

I get out of them all the time by not speeding.
Speeding is for men with small penises; they feel they have something to prove.
Speeding is for women with small minds and blonde hair; they think the rpm's is the speed.
