I'd like to find one in english and french so that my french also improves, but I would like a Spanish, Italian, and German Pen-pal so I am taught those languages.

I myself have found some pen-pals around the globe, and I can tell you the web-sites, that I prefer:

http://www.penpalparty.com/lookforpals.html It´s a rather decent community. People usually hide themselves behind phantasy-names like here on YA, but try to describe themselves exhaustive. You can contact them without being a member.

http://www.inlinguapenpals.com/ seems to be a good choice for people who are a bit shy, because they are pretty active introducing people to each other. However, you have to sign in, and they ask for your first name.
